現行台灣及各國的寵物保母入職門檻低，只要喜歡動物或有飼養經驗就能提供服務，因此服務的項目有限，品質也參差不齊，亦無法同時滿足人和寵物間共同生活需求，難免容易限制發展或產生意外和消費糾紛，甚至觸及法律上的灰色地帶，因此如何提供升級服務，人員具備長期完整的專業訓練，來滿足消費者的各項需要，同時兼顧管理品質，打造以居家服務為主的服務體系，就成了下一波大躍進的決勝關鍵。
